Michelle is very knowledgeable, easy to listen to and explains everything so well. We consistently get excellent feedback from our staff following training with Michelle. I will certainly be contacting Michelle for future training needs for the IRFU. "

"Michelle has worked closely with TWi to define a HRM strategy that will underpin our growth plans, identify areas to improve our HRM processes, review our updated policies and procedures, and train our managers and team leads to discharge their HRM responsibilities more effectively. The result has been better internal communication, improved staff retention, and robust HRM processes that have contributed greatly to our recent ISO certification. Michelle has been a vital support and pleasure to work with."
